About Tori:

Tori first joined a gym when she was 16 years old. Initially, she had low self esteem, struggled with her mental wellbeing and was considered underweight. The gym taught her the importance of self care, and she became strong both mentally and physically. She was intent on learning, improving and striving to be the best version of myself. Along the way it became her passion to do that for others.

Tori is fascinated by how the human body works and continuously strives to develop her personal understanding and professional education. 
She love all aspects and types of training, but particularly specialises in helping people achieve their desired physiques through hypertrophy focused, strength training and conditioning.

Tori finds working with clients on a 1-2-1 basis incredibly rewarding due to the incredible transformation that occurs from start to finish, both in mind and body. I have a huge passion for group classes as I  love to be creative and make a lively, positive atmosphere that everyone can vibe off. I run classes that focus on building strength, functional movements and flexibility with fun but challenging training techniques that can be adapted for all training abilities. 

 

I love that the gym is the only place where results are completely down to YOU and your level of devotion! Regular exercise is the most rewarding thing you can do and because of this, I encourage consistently working towards small achievements to reach a goal that may of once seemed unattainable.

Traveling, watching thunderstorms, rewatching tv shows & miscounting reps 😘
